Tools for Calm: Creating Visual Supports for Young Children

Young children need supportive, visual tools to help them recognize emotions and choose appropriate calming strategies. In this hands-on workshop, participants will create a calm choices board that supports emotional regulation, independence, and positive behavior guidance. Participants will explore how to embed visual supports into daily routines, transitions, and calm down spaces.
