Participant programs must currently be an approved provider for the child care assistance program (CCAP) in Bureau, Fulton, LaSalle, Marshall, Peoria, Putnam, Stark, Tazewell or Woodford counties and be listed in the SAL CCCI database.
The participant must be a current member of the Gateways to Opportunity Registry.
