Using concepts inspired by A Little SPOT of Emotion, participants will explore simple strategies for teaching emotional awareness, supporting self-regulation, and creating an environment where children feel safe expressing their feelings. Through hands-on activities and discussion, educators will learn how to integrate these ideas into daily routines, circle time, and play.
