Young children are still learning how to navigate friendships, personal space, and physical interactions with others. This training will explore age-appropriate strategies for teaching children about personal boundaries, respecting the boundaries of others, and understanding that everyone has different comfort levels. Participants will learn practical ways to model and reinforce boundary-setting, support children in communicating their needs, and address common situations involving hugging, grabbing, rough play, and personal space. Attendees will leave with developmentally appropriate activities, language, and tools that can be immediately applied in early childhood settings.
