Teaching consent and body safety begins in early childhood and helps build a foundation for healthy relationships, self-advocacy, and respect for others. In this training, participants will learn how to introduce concepts such as asking permission, respecting a child's "no," distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touch, and supporting children in recognizing and communicating their feelings of comfort or discomfort. The session will provide practical strategies, discussion prompts, and classroom activities that help children develop body awareness, personal safety skills, and respect for the boundaries of their peers.
