Potty Mastery: Building Confidence Through Toilet Learning-Virtual

This two-part training series introduces participants to a relationship-based model that shifts the focus from "potty training" to "potty learning." Participants will explore how to support children in taking ownership of the toileting process while adults provide guidance, encouragement, and responsive support. Through discussion and practical examples, participants will learn how to recognize readiness signs, create supportive routines, respond to setbacks without power struggles, and replace rewards, bribes, and sticker charts with strategies that build confidence, independence, and healthy relationships. Whether working in family child care, centers, or supporting families, participants will gain tools to help children navigate toilet learning with less stress and greater success.
