Smart Start Workforce Grants offer child care programs stable, ongoing funds that they need to cover costs and invest in quality staff without burdening families by raising tuition or Child Care Assistance Program co-pays. Eligible programs receive consistent funding in advance that will cover the cost of higher wages and operating a classroom. By offering competitive wages, programs will attract more staff and meet parents' needs at a rate that they can afford.
With round three applications fast approaching, we're hosting an informational session to answer all your questions! In this informational session, learn if you're program is eligible, how to apply, the documentation needed, and more! Our resident Smart Start Expert will be happy to answer any and all of your questions surrounding the Smart Start Workforce Grant.
